Pediatric Interim Care Center, PICC is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1990 because of the growing number of drug affected and medically fragile infants in the state of Washington. PICC offers care in a home-like, loving atmosphere which is very cost effective and includes a 24 hour professional medical staff. Just as importantly, though, we've been teaching caregivers (parents, relatives, and foster parents) how to care for these babies once they go home.
