If you want to report a meth lab without giving your name call Crime Stoppers state wide at 1-800 CRIME-13 (274-6313) or visit the Crime Stoppers web site. You can also call the HIDTA tip line at 1-888-609-METH. Either agency will not require you to leave your name. If you call personally and talk to an officer under many circumstances you can be required to testify in court.
