The events of the past quarter started with an
auspicious beginning in the naming of Mr. Joseph Peters as the new HIDTA Program Director.
Joe was the previous Philadelphia-Camden HIDTA Director and the former Executive Deputy
Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Joe is also a former Police
Officer. He replaces Rich Yamamoto who is now with the Federal Protective Service. continue....
