The NW HIDTA responded to ONDCP on the
passback questions regarding the 2001 Threat Assessment , Strategy, Initiatives, and
Budgets. ONDCP was very complimentary of our Threat Assessment and Strategy. They did
however, have some questions regarding some of our law enforcement and intelligence
