There have been some changes in the Fiscal Guidelines issued by ONDCP. Our Fiscal Officer, Charlotte Biggs, will be briefing the HIDTA Initiative Fiscal agents and supervisors at our office on April 11th from 10:00 am till noon. It is important that as many of you attend as possible. The accountability of funds as well as making this process as transparent and easy to use are our primary concerns. We are awaiting information regarding the awarding of supplemental funds. We have been assured of receiving some additional funding out of the $20,000,000. $5,000,000 of this amount has already been awarded to the National Guard. We finally received the photograph that depicts key members of the Joon's Investigation receiving the award for outstanding investigative effort resulting in significant asset forfeiture at the National HIDTA conference.
