I wish to thank everyone that participated in the HIDTA Survey for their response. We use this information to assemble the Annual Report and the Threat Assessment. We have received numerous favorable comments on the utility and content of these documents.

On March 4th we advised all the HIDTA Initiatives that the 2003 submissions are due into the HIDTA office by April 24th. The renewal of these grants is not automatic. They must address the drug strategy, be a cooperative endeavor by multiagencies and have measurable performance outputs. We are prepared to collaborate with you to ensure all requirements are met. continue....
